COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Chelsie was pivotal in establishing the first-ever Inter-Tribal Alliance in Oklahoma, the 6 Nations and Relatives (6NR). This working group comprises nine tribal nations that work collaboratively to serve all victims of crime in North-Central Oklahoma with unity and strength. Baldwin's vision and leadership skills helped unite these tribal nations, who previously operated independently, to work towards a common goal of serving their communities and upholding justice. The 6NR is an excellent example of how collaboration and teamwork can bring about positive change and impact the lives of those in need. Baldwin's contribution to the establishment of the 6NR is a testament to her commitment to serving her community and her exceptional leadership skills, which have been instrumental in bringing about positive change in the lives of many.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: The UPCI Innovation Fellowship program is a program that aims to bring together talented and diverse change agents and innovators who are committed to making a positive impact in their respective fields. Through this program, these professionals are paired with leaders working to improve present programs and tackle this organization's most pressing challenges.

The UPCI Innovation Fellows are known for their fresh ideas and knowledge in various areas, including business, technology, marketing, entrepreneurship, leadership, finance, and organizational leadership. They bring a unique perspective and work collaboratively with leaders to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

The program is designed to provide Fellows with the resources and support they need to develop their skills and advance their careers while making a meaningful impact on the world around them. Fellows can gain valuable experience through this program and build a network of like-minded professionals passionate about creating positive change.

Overall, the UPCI Innovation Fellowship program is an excellent opportunity for talented individuals to make a difference and contribute to a better future for all. Coppertop Consulting was brought to the table to explore what grant funding could do for the Kingdom. Organizational development was the focus of this fellowship.

HUMANITARIAN: Baldwin was a program coordinator at Pawnee Nation of OK Ti-Hirasa Healing Center from 2010 to 2018. During her tenure, she developed and coordinated programs, wrote grants, reconciled and valued previous grants, and spearheaded a $900,000 grant to establish a first-ever traditional Healing Center in Oklahoma. She maximized grant goals, lined up priorities, oversaw progress, and achieved solutions to setbacks. Baldwin updated tribal codes while incorporating the tribe’s traditional values and structured and promoted events, workshops, training, and discussion groups with the community, clients, collaborative partners, and school districts. She was invited to be a speaker at the Oklahoma State Capitol four times, representing tribal advocates and victims safeguarding the mission and heart of healing throughout the state and nation. Baldwin originated the first-ever Inter-Tribal Alliance formed in Oklahoma, a working group of nine tribal nations that work collaboratively to serve all victims of crime in North-Central OK. She piloted the first Tribal Advanced Coordinated Community Response Team and was a grant writer and recipient of over $7,000,000 in federal funding to continue to expand the program. Baldwin provided a channel for those directly impacted by crime and made it possible for grievances to be addressed and for adverse impacts to be remediated early and directly through the development of Workplace Violence Policies and updated tribal codes. She analyzed trends and patterns in complaints over time, identifying systemic problems, and helped the tribe to know how to adapt problematic practices to prevent harm and protect the tribe from potential reputational, financial, and legal risk.

HUMANITARIAN: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Global Grace Sewing Institute has three vocational training centers located in India. The institute offers sewing, tailoring, embroidery, and fashion design certification. The institute aims to empower women by providing them with the necessary skills to start their businesses or work in the fashion industry. The courses are taught by experienced instructors who provide hands-on training and support to the students. Overall, Global Grace Sewing Institute is a valuable resource for women looking to improve their lives through education and training.

DISASTER RELIEF: HUMANITARIAN: As a nonprofit consultant for Reach Out America, there are many ways in which Coppertop contributes to the organization's mission and vision. Some areas of focus have included developing strategies for emergency preparedness and response, building partnerships with local churches and other community organizations, and identifying opportunities for collaboration with government agencies and other stakeholders. Additionally, Coppertop is working to strengthen the organization's capacity to fundraise and engage with donors and to develop innovative programs and initiatives that support the long-term recovery and resilience of communities affected by disasters. With expertise and guidance, Coppertop Consulting has been instrumental in helping Reach Out America achieve its goals and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those it serves.

TRIBAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: HUMANITARIAN: The Red Lake Nation Youth Shelter’s mission is to ensure that young people experiencing adversity have a safe place to sleep, the security to dream, and the support to positively impact the world. Our vision is to eradicate homelessness, hopelessness, and violence among transition-age youth in the Red Lake area. The Red Lake Youth Shelter is a low-barrier, identity-affirming space in Beltrami County on the Red Lake Nation where unhoused and transition-age youth in crisis will find shelter, mental health services, and support services they need to pursue the life they want.

TRIBAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: HUMANITARIAN: NA•HO•N wants to eliminate housing as a reason for survivors to stay in abusive relationships by providing flexible advocacy that gives survivors the ability to establish a home and the freedom to choose how best to rebuild their lives. The goal is to provide participants/survivors the services necessary to help them retain housing based on their unique needs.

HUMANITARIAN: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: We provide comprehensive services that offer a safe and supportive environment to adolescent males aged 12-17 who are at risk for poverty, incarceration, homelessness, and repetitive trauma due to their history of abuse, neglect, and failed placements within the community. With over 1,500 boys served, we provide education, social services, and holistic care while planning for their future. Our approach includes clinical staff and nurse availability 24/7, nationally accredited programs, and established aftercare services. We support our residents, many of whom lack stable support systems and have poor academic outlooks. Our focus is on treating children in the juvenile justice system with care and rehabilitation rather than punishment, and we believe in fair and age-appropriate treatment for every child in the system.

EDUCATION: Kingdom Advance Ministries is an international nonprofit that brings training and education in the field of Christian ministry. The founders of Kingdom Advance Ministries, Rick and Val Hughes, have been instrumental in developing leaders and helping the next generation lead meaningful lives. They are recognized as Global Educators for United Pentecostal Church International and are highly respected in the education community. Their teachings and guidance have helped countless individuals find their faith and live a life of purpose. Their commitment to serving others and spreading the gospel is truly inspiring, and they continue to positively impact the world around them.

HUMANITARIAN: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: As a project coordinator at Native Alliance Against Violence, Chelsie Baldwin managed multiple complex projects, from inception to closeout, including managing contracts, expense tracking, and updates to revenue projections throughout the project duration. She coordinated client relationships, conducted interviews and focus groups with stakeholders, and synthesized and analyzed notes from those interactions. Chelsie also drafted, revised, and formatted client reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence using email, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Additionally, she facilitated strategic planning sessions, created and organized programmatic documents, and established community partnerships. Finally, Chelsie was recognized as a best-practice program in strategic planning and logic model process. She was invited to be a webinar presenter, example, and guide to other grantees and criminal justice programs.

HUMANITARIAN: Coppertop Consulting provided nonprofit consulting services to Compassion Services International. They conducted extensive research and analysis, reviewed hundreds of documents and solicitations, and made recommendations on how to meet regulatory requirements and best practices for nonprofit organizations. In addition, they modernized the CSi website and provided valuable feedback and guidance.

Coppertop Consulting also performed an internal audit and risk assessment, which identified service gaps and resulted in the development of diversity and inclusion standards, compliance with IRS 990 regulations, improved volunteer coordination, and policy development.

Furthermore, they represented CSi at two national conferences, where they shared the organization's vision and recruited volunteers, financial partners, and resources for international humanitarian aid. The efforts helped diversify CSi's vision and expand its reach, benefiting those in need worldwide.
